Southwest Georgia Farm Credit announces 2020 Board of Directors Election results
LEESBURG— Southwest Georgia Farm Credit held its Annual Stockholders’ Meeting on Tuesday, February 18 at the Bindery at Oakland in Leesburg. Nearly 250 members and guests attended. Members of the agricultural lending cooperative voted for one Board of Director position, re-electing James H. Dixon, Jr. Members also elected the 2021 Nominating Committee: Steven L. Brock, Fred V. Bostick, Trevor Lee Pollock, Jr. and Linda Lodge Godwin. Alternates for the Nominating Committee: Jimmy Clifton and E. Lanier Jordan. The Annual Meeting provides an opportunity for members to review the Association’s financial performance, as well as learn about the upcoming year’s business plan objectives.
